How a women feels in her postpartum window has a huge impact on her wellbeing moving forward. It is even said that how a women heals in her postpartum, will influence the way she transitions through menopause later in life. The sacred window is exactly that, sacred. A time for a women to be in a cocoon and be held by her support village, so she can rest, heal, be in peace and love, and be nourished!

This session can be nice to share with your partner or key humans that will support you. We’ll go through lots of different ways to prepare whilst you are still pregnant. Sometimes its the little things, that make the biggest difference.

Further Sessions 60mins
$95

If you’d like to book in for more time, my hourly rate is $95. You can specify hours to work within your budget.
