Kia ora, Welcome!

I’m Tish Ella, a mother, doula and somatic yoga practitioner.

Devoted to birth keeping and protecting this rite of passage as one that is sacred.

My desire is to connect with mamas from all walks of life and journey with her/you through conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and mothering. It is my dream that all mamas have the support and care they need to nourish all parts of themselves through this transition.

Birth is such a portal! Like an inhale, exhale, there is contraction as we may meet our fears and face the not knowing, and expansion as we transmute fears, and relax into the mystery and unknown. We are the portal of creation, life and death.

I see my role to be your soul friend, a woman walking alongside you through your journey. To be present, loving guidance and supporting you to be in your power. Because you are so powerful mama!

Thanks to my own birthing and postpartum experience, I really felt a calling to connect with my inner wise woman, and through this I activated my souls calling, which is to be in women’s work supporting rites of passage, with a passion for birth, postpartum and embracing the mother.

A little FYI—I am hapu at the moment, so won’t be offering birth support for quite some time. But over the next month, you can connect with me for Ceremony & Ritual, Massage and Postpartum Support. From July onwards I’ll be offline, but feel free to email me as I love connecting with likeminded wāhine and will eventually check my email again!

Birth Power Session

I've known Tish for years and love her approach to life and holistic thinking. Birth Power Session 🤎

My baby was tracking large and I felt a lot of pressure from an over medicalised system to do things that just didn’t feel right or necessary for me. Tish helped me tap into the magic and power I knew I had in me to have the birth that I wanted. She guided me to believe in myself and to trust my inner wisdom.
