Birth is a sacred journey, so I feel it’s important to connect on a soul level. We can connect earlier if mama wants to of course! We may dive into Birth Power in the first session.

This session can be nice to share with your partner or key humans that will support you. We’ll go through lots of different ways to nurture yourself as you heal, which of course will include recipes as food is such an important part of our healing.

An in person ceremony to honour the rite of passage that lyes ahead – a beautiful alternative for a baby shower. I can work with your community to co-create something magic as a virtual support too. Read more about mother blessings HERE

I’ll bring a pot of nourishing tea and some kai for you mama. Home visits will look different depending on what mama really needs. Sometimes we might just talk, and I’ll hold space for you.

If mama wants, we can do any of the following:

• Womb massage

• Belly binding

• Sitz baths or steaming

• Support with washing, dishes, cooking, holding babe while you shower

Exchange:

0-2 weeks unlimited contact for ay support you need. Includes calls, video calls and messages.

2-6 weeks ongoing support and video calls each week.

Mama can message whenever and I’ll reply as soon as I can. Also includes support for partner or support person to ask questions too.

This is emotional, mental and spiritual support through the sacred window, and lots of wisdom for healing, breastfeeding and navigating this transition into motherhood and fatherhood.

This may also include guided meditations and practices to help soothe the nervous system. If virtual, I can send you a care package with nourishing things you can use to support yourself.

$265 for 0-2 weeks unlimited contact

Emotional and spiritual support. This might look like holding space for conversations, guided meditations, sound therapy, ways to connect with baby or breastfeeding guidance.

An intimate in person postpartum ritual for mama to close the birthing portal. Mamas may choose to do her closing ceremony at end of the firet 40 days, or anytime, even years later– whenever it suits mama. A closing ceremony also offers another space listen to her birth story.
