Join Tish Mexted and Fraser Beck for Queenstown’s first Honey Pot Ceremony. Together, they will guide you through an evening of breath, somatic yin and sound, holding space for you just be and turn inwards.

We can get so caught up in the doing of our lives, that we forget about being. Which is why we are excited to hold space for us all to explore just being together. Practicing presence and cultivating awareness will help us find center and sink into trust. See you there? Hari Om :)
